-Sprinkles, Chocolate or anything you want to add.

- Get your bowl and spray with your non stick spray (SPAM).
- After that, get your cereal and put it in the bowl as well as the marshmallows and chocolate.
- Then put the bowl with its ingredients in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the marshmallows and chocolate melts.
- Then take the bowl out of the microwave and mix the ingredients and mold them to the shape you want and let it harden.

Ingredients:
-Your favorite yogurt
-Your favorite fruits
-Granola
-Almonds (Optional)
-Container or Cup
Instructions:
- Take the yogurt and put a layer of it in your cup or container.
- Then add the granola, fruits and almonds.
- Repeat steps one and two until your happy with you're product.
- Put your parfait in the fridge until it's time to eat.
- Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Cinnamon and raisins, if desired for garnish.
- Container (5.3) oz Yoplait Greek 100 apple pie yogurt.
- 2 Tablespoons uncooked gluten-free old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats.
- 2 Tablespoons coarsely crushed Honey Nutt Cheerios cereal.

- 1/4 Cup diced apple.

- In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt, uncooked oats and cereal. Stir in apple. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 3 days before eating. Garnish as desired.
