We are all ready in the third day of 2017 and if you still don't have a clue of what your New Year's Resolutions could be, then I got you cover with 7 New Year's Resolutions to start this 2017. After all it's to 2017 already.
1. Eat healthier
This does not mean you have to starve yourself or that you can't eat all the foods you like it means that you will try to eat healthier. Whether is once a month or just changing one of your snack to a healthier one.
I recommend acai bowls there really tasty.

2.Be more active
For example maybe once a month go on a walk or hike. Just try to be more active instead of staying in your room or not doing anything.
3.Travel more
Try to go to new places, it does not have to be an expensive trip. It could be to a new store that opened up recently or a food place that you been anxious to go. The point of this resolution is to at least go to a new place that you have never been to or to a place that you have not been to in a while.
4. 12 New Things
This resolution basicly means try to learn something new or try something that you have never used it could be a product, app, food, a book or anything. It could be maybe one new thing per month just try something new, maybe you will find a new hobby you never know.

5. Meet new people
Try to be more social, new people are a good way to learn new things or to try new things. You could find a new best friend of maybe the person who will be your next relationship.
6. Give Back
Try to do something positive. You don't have to give a random stranger a hundred dollars to some stranger like some youtubers do. When you give back it could be something like a smile, or maybe you're in line at the food truck and somebody needs a dollar to buy food or something. The point is to try and give back.

7. Be yourself
A lot of people try to change who they are because it's a New Year and stuff like that but do not do it. You should be proud of who you are and a New Year should not define you or make you think that you need to change.
